How do the team members carry all their equipment when they are skiing?

Laurie, Sunniva and Tore are wearing backpacks and pulling the rest of the gear behind them in sleds. Sunniva and Laurie have almost identical sleds. They're made in Lillehammer, Norway of kevlar and weigh only 6 1/2 kilos empty. They're almost unbreakable. Tore's sled is very similar and made in Germany. Each team member is pulling a load in excess of 100 kilos!
